Girad Fox lives in Brooklyn NYC. He built this marvelous 1922 Henderson DeLuxe. It took him ten and a half years of real labor of love to complete.He started with a broken motor from a barn in Virginia. 2 years later he found a chassis- a further 2 years later he found the right chassis. A fender came from Hungary, a carburetor from Madrid and the seat from Poland. The motor was rebuilt by mechanical genius, Dave Molnar in Ontario.
Gregory Fox (Girards brother) rebuilt and restored all of the running parts of the bike. All of these parts have survived nearly a Century of time, avoiding wartime scrap drives. Girard said to us The end result is the first "superbike" of Motorcycling history. it is very entertaining to ride, and shockingly fast.
We hope our 1922 Henderson design is a fitting tribute to Girard and his passion for this bike.
